PLANTS Vs. ZOMBIES FINALLY DATED FOR XBLA

That’s right folks, following on for a so far wonderful run of Xbox Live Arcade titles – the week after Scott Pilgrim Vs. The Wolrd and Shank hit XBLA we will be treated to something very very awesome!

Plants Vs. Zombies the adorably awesome PC turned iPhone tower defense game we will be letting lose on September 8th!

While no price has been announced as of yet expect it to be 1,200 points. A small price to play considering the addition of multiplayer modes. PopCap (responsible for Peggle) have added a Co-Op mode that allows two players to protect the lawn and fend off the hordes of ravenous zombies.

The second mode is a versus mode that sees one player take control of the living dead, trying to munch their way through the lawn and to the players home – while the player controling the legions of deadly plants will be trying to destroy some targets located at the zombies home base… oh and you know, trying not to get destroyed by the legions of the damned.

The game looks to be shaping out rather nicely, so keep your eyes here for the latest updates as well as review when the game drops in September.
